An exceptionally successful entrepreneur, Steve began his career after purchasing Acrobat Outsourcing. Under his guidance, time and talents, this tiny, under-performing staffing company transformed into one of the nation’s leading temporary staffing companies. Through this venture, Steve learned the crucial value of employees and creating a positive work culture. He overcame significant challenges to develop Acrobat into a successful company with 18 offices nationwide, hundreds of loyal employees, thousands of temp staffers, and $50 million in annual revenue.
As part of the evolutionary growth of Acrobat Outsourcing, Steve developed specific processes that could be scaled and replicated across industries. His proprietary approach delivers the best ROI in terms of efficiency, loyal employees, a unified culture, and long-term profitability. He brings this diversity of experience to NxtGen, whose principals have deployed over 25,000 employees to major corporations including Apple, Google, DropBox, Sheraton, Tiffany & Co., and many more.
Steve’s home is Hillsborough, California, where he lives with his wife Elizabeth and their five children. When he’s not growing NxtGen Staffing alongside his powerful team, Steve enjoys all things sports, and has the privilege of coaching his kids’ many sports teams.
